Invest in Africa's Mining Future
"Capital Deployed Here Doesn't Sleep — It Mines."
Dibwe Mining & Construction Ltd is currently raising Phase 1 capital of K150,000 to activate four live projects across Zambia. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to invest in a documented, operational mining company with verified mineral access, signed MOUs, and a management team with the track record to deliver.
We offer three pathways to participate in Dibwe's growth: Project-Based Investment, Equity Shareholding, and Strategic Network Partnership.
Three Ways to Participate
Project-Based Investment
Invest directly in a specific Dibwe project. Your capital is deployed to a named project — Aquamarine Pemba, Amethyst Kariba JV, Calcite Mumbwa, or Kaoma Copper & Gold — and tracked throughout the extraction cycle.
- Return: 120% of capital targeted within 6 months*
- Monthly income: 20% monthly returns available after Month 6*
- Exit: Full principal + returns at Month 6
- Minimum entry: Project-dependent (from K20,000)
- Security: Documented project plan, offtake agreements, and MOU on file
Equity Shareholding
Become a direct shareholder in Dibwe Mining & Construction Ltd. Equity investors participate in the long-term growth of the company — including future licensing, expanded projects, and eventual exit opportunities.
- Price per share: K5,000 per 1% shareholding
- Share class: Ordinary Shares
- Rights: Voting rights + dividend entitlement + annual reporting
- Strategic value: Ground-floor entry before Series A expansion
- Governance: Shareholder agreement and register maintained by Board Secretary
Strategic Network Partnership
Your network is your equity. Strategic Network Partners bring investors, industry contacts, or service providers into the Dibwe ecosystem and earn referral commissions and partnership recognition.
- Earn commission on every investment referral successfully onboarded
- Receive co-branding recognition on project materials
- Priority access to future investment rounds
Phase 1 Capital Requirement: K150,000
