Dibwe Mining & Construction Ltd was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Zambia (PACRA Registration No. 120261048811). Headquartered at Plot No. 191/21, Off Zambezi Road, Lusaka, we are a Zambian-owned and led mining and construction enterprise with operations spanning multiple provinces and an expanding cross-border presence in Mozambique.
Dibwe was built on a singular conviction: that Zambia's mineral wealth, managed with integrity and innovation, is the foundation for Africa's most exciting investment frontier.

Groundwork & Partnerships
Pemba Aquamarine, Mumbwa Calcite, and Nyimba multi-mineral partnerships formalised. MOU signed with Iceman Investment Ltd and Kariba Minerals for the Amethyst JV. 39 workers mobilised.
Formally Incorporated
Dibwe Mining & Construction Ltd incorporated in Lusaka. PACRA Reg. No. 120261048811. Initial mineral site assessments begin across Southern, Central, and Eastern Province.
Revenue Channels Established
Signed offtake agreements secured with a gold buyer and a Chinese trading firm. Revenue channels established prior to full capital deployment.
Phase 1 Capital Raise
Phase 1 capital raise launched. Kaoma copper and gold mine licensing in progress. Website and digital investor platform launched.
Full-Scale Operations
